Will my order be discreetly packaged?

Yes, we ensure that all packages are discreetly wrapped with no reference to what's inside or our website name. Customer privacy is of top priority.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Free UK delivery normally takes 1 to 2 days to arrive. EU destinations take on average 3 to 4 days, and countries outside the EU 4 to 5 days. We offer a guaranteed next working day service for UK customers at a cost of £3.99. Will my information be safe?

We place a high priority on your privacy and will only use information collected from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Your information will not be sold, rented or given away to any third parties and we will not send you any unsolicited mailings.

Return and Exchange Policy

You must contact us prior to making any return. Returns will not be accepted without a valid returns number issued by us. Good communication is key to resolving any problems, so please contact us first if you have any concerns.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers and our staff, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk, or any items that come into contact with any bodily fluids. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be non re-saleable. Should any of these items arrive damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement.
